STRESS MANAGEMENT
All the therapies I offer are effective in reducing stress and tension but you may be looking
for a 1-1 session tailored specifically to reduce stress relating to a particular personal issue.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) excels here: it has been developed through the
work of chiropractors and kinesiology practitionersin America. It is a delightfully simple,
fun-to- learn yet profound therapy that involves tapping the ends of meridians (energy
pathways) on the face and hands.
Relief from fear, panic and anxiety can be rapid: EFT can quickly change your
attitude to many problems, reduce residual trauma from past events, and help you find the
confidence to face new challenges.
A full 1-1 session lasts around one hour thirty minutes and can be conducted
face-to-face or over the phone. You can then continue at home with the help of a simple
chart.
